Players Cafe. Attercliffe Common

Opened in 1997 at a reputed cost of 2.5 million, Players was Sheffields first "sports bar".

Players was created in the shell of the derelict Carbrook School, and was as much fast food outlet as bar. It lasted little more than 2 years and is now a relaxation area for an IT company.
