This fine building has seen many changes in its life time. It started life as the Sheffield Water Works offices. Later the great Sheffield benefactor JG Graves ran his business empire from here. Later still Arthur Scargill took it over as the headquarters of the NUM.
It is now a cafe/bar called Lloyd's No1. It has a lot to live up to.
