This pub was originally called the White Hart, and was renamed as part of a refurbishment. The old Victorian Stone's house is much altered and only a single door remains in the frontage.
After a further closure the pub has been transformed into a real ale emporium. Around 7 real ales are on sale and the once dingy pub has a new welcoming warmth about it. The beer ain't bad either.
