A lovely little pub, well off the beaten track in the back streets of Mosborough. It opened in the first half of the 19th century when it had its own brew house and produced its own supplies. It remained a beer only house until well after the last war.
The beer has changed several times in recent years, the pub however remains much as it ever did.
